Striking, Takedowns, Grappling, and a Final MMA Day

Across four Fridays your child rotates through the core elements of real self-defense, working with our experienced coaches in a controlled environment. By the final MMA day they have practiced putting all three skill sets together.

When and Where

The program runs four consecutive Fridays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm: May 29, June 5, June 12, and June 19. All sessions are held at our facility at 10253 Sawmill Pkwy, Powell, OH.

Drop off, pick up, and let our team handle the rest. Spots are limited so kids get focused attention from the coaching staff each week.

What Each Week Looks Like

Every Friday focuses on one piece of the self-defense puzzle: striking, takedowns, grappling, and finally a culmination MMA day where the kids put all three skill sets together.

Coaches keep the pace lively, the technique correct, and the safety standards high so kids walk out energized and ready for the next session.

What Is Included

Every kid in the program gets a program t-shirt to train in, a catered snack lunch each Friday, and a Certificate of Completion at the end of the four weeks.

Non-members who finish the program also receive a 10 percent discount on the first three months of membership at Jits 56 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu if they decide to keep training with us.
